Presently, we only ship to the United States of America. However, we do not at present ship to the following regions: PR, HI, VI, AE, AP, AK, GU, AS, MP/ PUERTO RICO（PR）/ HAWAII （HI）/ VIRGIN ISLANDS （VI）/ ALASKA （AK）/ GUAM GU（GU）/ AMERICAN SAMOA（AS）We hope to do so in the near future.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from our store typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. For most products, delivery (after processing) may take additional 4 to 8 business days for US orders. Presently we do not offer international shipping. NOTE that expected delivery times are displayed on product page.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
Orders from our store typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery may take additional 5 to 10 business days for US orders, and 2 to 3 weeks for international orders, depending on transit condition.
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.
